Hamas: A delegation from the movement, headed by Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya, met yesterday, Monday, with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in the Turkish capital, Ankara, where they discussed several important issues, most notably the implementation of the terms of the second phase of the ceasefire agreement.
